Our purpose in writing this blog is to provide you, the consumer, with unbiased information and opinions concerning products you use every day and the purchases you make once or twice in a lifetime such as a house. We also will provide you with our opinions and advice on how to deal with consumer situations.  This is not legal advice, just our views on how to get the best deal and how to best deal with service personnel. We are not Consumer Reports, but we will try to live up to its standards of professionalism.
